About the Program

Transform yourself from an enthusiastic beginner into a skilled, career-ready professional, prepared to meet the standards of employers throughout the flight services industry. This exclusive two-year diploma program is designed to help you develop job-related skills and knowledge in an experiential learning setting preparing you to perform a variety of functions required by the airline industry.

You will learn to deliver passenger safety procedures and techniques to help you provide exceptional customer service. You will also develop a service-driven attitude and an ability to effectively deal with a diverse range of safety related duties on the ground and in-flight.

Uniform

As an aspiring industry professional, you will study and work in a Seneca branded uniform helping you feel job-ready from the start. You must purchase the uniform at an additional cost. 

iPad Requirement

All course documents and textbooks have been developed for use on an iPad. You are required to have an iPad by the first week of classes. iPads must be 4th generation or later with iOS 8 or higher and at least 2GB of memory. If you don't have an iPad with these specifications, you can get one through  where you will get an education discount. 

Work Experience

Field Placement

As part of your program credit hours, you will complete 150 hours of field placement in the fourth semester. You will receive assistance from your professor, but it is your responsibility to confirm a placement upon successful completion of all third semester subjects before accepting a field placement position.
